Just happened to look at my phone bill too see why it was so much this month. It seems I have been fraudulently charged for a multi-line business line by this company. My number is not a business number, I do not own a business, neither do I have multiple lines on my residential phone onto which these charges were added. I am currently on hold waiting for someone from USBI/Silv to pick up. I've got lots of time so I am not giving up. I would really like to know who authorized the "switch" because mine is the only name on this residential account and I sure as heck didn't authorize it.
