I was informed in August 08 by Lawrence & Associates of Boise Idaho that they were not being paid by vendors, so had to withhold monies due me and tenant deposit.
On my rental in Star, Idaho, the management company, Lawrence and Associates, LLC, sent a rent check for August 08, then placed a stop payment immediately... Also they did not return the tenant deposit and did not repond to calls, mail, or e-mail Certified mail with Return Receipt Requested were sent to three addresses,
Corporal Lane, W. Franklin, and Rosehill addresses in Boise and signed by a Carla something as Agent... Possible Federal jurisdiction for using the mails?
