I'm the victim of $4,470 in criminal theft/fraud and need guidance. I wired funds for surgery just last week to a person named Nora Rogers of 433 Skyline Circle, Falllbrook, CA 92028, who is posing as a partner of a reputable plastic surgeon in Tijuana Mexico named Sergio Sobranes. She actually was affiliated with him a year ago and gained my trust then by taking care of details pertaining to my surgeries. This year she pretended to be his partner and US laison as before though she was not. She scammed me out of $4,470 and lied about her ongoing affiliation with the Dr. Sergio Sobranes who relinquished her referal services earlier this year. When i arrived for my Dr. Appointment i was informed by him that Nora Rogers has been scamming many of his US patients like myself who came to trust her through her former seeming legit laison services to himself and other dentists/physicians in Mexico.
Nora Rogers is a profession con artist who seems to feel she is above the law. Her tactics are reprehensible as she pretends to befriend her victims and feigns concern for their welfare. Beware of this individual and if there are other victims out there who would like to join me in legal actions or anyone who can help me bring justice to Nora Rogers please contact me.
