I bought a Arrow manufacturer Drop in July, plus one point resulted in another and did not finish up configuring it. Therefore my spouse (a former worker of Homedepot) visited the shop to come back the drop simply to be informed that since it was over 90 times we're not eligible for the reimbursement. The purchase was created on our Homedepot card and all we needed was it to become attributed back again to the card.

Properly after speaking with thier store-manager Roger, who declined to provide us the credit, since he says "It's corporate plan and nothing can be achieved". He desired to provide us an in store credit for $349.99 (the present retail for that drop), which causes us to invest profit his shop rather than credit on our consideration. Anyways he declined assisting us and so I considered the Organization customer support point. After 3 times of calling backwards and forwards and never receiving everywhere I achieved a guy called Joe who needed care of everything and later explained that returns are totally up the the administration of the shop.

Etc a brief notice. I'll not be time for the Sherwood Homedepot shop to look and wish that others may think about the same because of thier insufficient customer support.
