I received papers today december 8= paper dated 12/3/08
machine i received for credit card never was installed period=according at the time this machine was totally out of date & wouldn"t have worked at all according to other consumer complaintss that i had read in year of 2005=i never seen a contract i seen a piece of paper & i had signed along with information of bank=the gentleman said he would fill it out & i could call with in
anytime he would come & get the machine (no problem he said)
i called no one answered or got back with me to tell them this is a piece of garbage= they collected funds from my bank account
i think about $900.00 i stopped the account=then i got my contract=fist time i seen this long contract. I sent these people sseveral certified mail with a return receipt, they only wanted to ttalk on phone no letter except to threaten me this has been going on about four years. Just about every thing that other people have wrote is the same thing that occurred to me as well; i thank you for your rip off reports= it is suggested to not fool with thieves & vultures & ripoff artists=i have certainly learned my lesson=i never dreamed so many people were out to take advantage of other people.
