Red Bull N.A. Fully supported the extremely successful vending program offered through Creative Concepts of America. When in fact they saw how successful it was and to protect the interests of their nationwide distributor program they resorted to unscrupulous business practices. Red Bull N.A. Quite frankly pulled the rug out from under Creative Concepts of America, knowing that there were hundreds if not thousands of machines bought and paid for by hard working people who invested in the vending business. Red Bull had no regard for the magnitude of investment into the Red Bull franchise.
They literally walked away from any liability they created by jilting thousands. Many people like myself merely wanted the machines and products we paid for in advance. We saw a great business model with a strong brand name and only wanted the chance to work hard with the concept and provide for our families... instead only financial ruin ensued by Red Bull walking away from their commitment to support the vending network. If they wanted to stop their program with Creative Concepts of America, they should have merely fulfilled all orders and commitments then ceased doing business with CCA. All I want is my 25 machines and 9000 cans of Red Bull, I'll gladly repurchase the product from the local distributor, instead I have nothing except a very large bank loan.
Unlike Red Bull, I'm committed to paying off what I borrowed because I have something Red Bull doesn't... integrity!
