Credit card system seemed like a good idea
Sales rep stated in person that we could cancell our contract at any time with out penality, which was a concern for us.
A recient transaction which was pinned in, not swipped for over 2,000 was brought to the attention of the fraud dept. They called me 2 days after the transaction (Which showed credit card had been processed) This has happened in the past and all that they required me to do was fax copy of the transaction and money was released. This was now not acceptable to them
I retold the story at least three times and they still did not understand and kept passing me to others and the supervisor. When I asked if they still wanted my business they said they would gladly switch me to customer service. Customer service said the problem could be fixed but only the fraud dept could do that. It went back and forth for two days. They threatened to hold the money for 180 days. Or the money could be charged back to him. Client is most upset as his bank released the funds and Transtech had them. He can pay me by check. Now Transtech wants me to pay a fee for them to send his money back.
They could care less, and even laughted that I was so mad. To get out of my contract they want $400.00
Five calls to my sales rep have still not been returned. I would not recomend them to anyone in business
