I receieved a job lisiting from a site that I subscribe to, www.geowebjob.com, that showed an interesting position in my area that I thought I would apply to. It was listed as a blind ad (no company name) but clicking on the link led you to www.vanara.com. So I filled in the blanks, attached a CV, and hit the submit button.
A couple days later I received an email from Carina Zaragosa at Vanara praising my experience and skills as a lawyer (not even close, I am a security managaement executive) and went on to tell me where to look for law employment at these other sites. I sent a reply asking who's CV were they reading.
A day later I get an email from Carleen Trapp at Vanara with the tiele that read "Take these simple steps to propel your career forward!". Nothing to do with my questions or even any kind of half hearted response.
My next step was to do a search on Rippoff Report and low and behold, they are already listed.
Warning: Don't waste your time, it is a marketing ploy.
