I found a charge in my phone bill for $19.95 from USBI, with a separate page detailing that charge as being billed on behalf of SURE CONNECTION LD. AT&T told me to call the phone No on the bill - there is no other info for this copany. I called USBI and was listening to the music for a while. So, I called the phne listed for SURE CONNECTION LD. They told me that ny husband subscribed for their services on the Internet. They new everything - our address, his BIrthday, his first name. He did not subscribe for anything with them, especially considering that we were in process of moving out of this place. The person on the phone said she is cancelling the account starting today, and wanted to hung up, but I stopped her and requested credit for the charge alrfeady billed, based on the fact that we never subscribed to their services. She agreed and even gave me a confirmation No. However, it will take 3 billing cycles to get the credit. If you notice the charges before you pay the ATT bill, DO NOT PAY this part and notify ATT. Check your bill for all unfamiliar charges!
