I love to buy clothes from NY and Company. I love to shop online almost as much. My complaint stems from their offers of discounts for purchasing a certain amount, etc. This is the 2nd time the website didn't accept the special code I was asked for and emails and calls to the company have proved fruitless. You must call one number concerning the credit card, you must call another concerning the order. It is all very frustrating and I ended up closing my credit card account with them and will never shop their site again.
