I paid my bill late so they started stacking on charges. First $19 for a late fee assessment a late fee then a late fee assessment for $30. Then for some reason another $19 for a being over limit (they put me over limit with late fee). I called them up at (503) 245-9280 and I asked, "If I make my payment today will you drop all these charges you have stack on?" The operator said no problem Mr. - . I gave the operator my bank credit card number and then he told me "there will be a $15 fee for processing this over the phone". I then exclaimed that I was no longer interested in there pay by phone. He then told me that it is free online but it take 15 days to post. I went online that same day and paid not the $200 I owed but $300. With in the next 15 days Orchard Bank hit me with more and more late fees, assessment charges, and over limit fees. Then the weirdest thing happened, I wouldn't believe it if I read it on line but it really did happen to me. Day 16 came and went still no account posting of the $300 I transferred from my checking. I check my bank account and $300 dollars came out of my account two days after I transferred it. I used Orchard Bank's online Credit Card Help/FAQ Center to contact them and ask them "when will my $300 become available? I received an email two days later stating that the funds were now available. So my $200 limit was finally restored for use and they had creatively racked up $94.77 in charges. The funniest thing was I was never given back the $5.23 they owed me back nor have they put the $5.33 on my card for spending. I just transferred another $200 dollars to them two days ago and this morning I went on their web site and there is no record of the transaction. I know it happened - it's already come out of my bank account. I can see what's going on now, their going to start the fee's stacking up again. This company is like I said before very shady. Their business practices are very unprofessional and very dishonest. Take my advice STAY AWAY!
