This is an employer rippoff report. This company operates under several names and is a credit card processor. When i was hired i was told that i would be given 4 to 6 "verified appointments" per day to talk to merchants about switching their credit card processor.in two months of running these "preset appointments" i found that they had not verified the appointments in the way they tell their salesforce.
I had many business owners tell me that they had told the telemarketers not to send anybody to see them, that they were satisfied with their current service. I also visited many locations where the owner/decision maker had no knowledge of my "pre-set appointments, " the telemarketers had called asking to verify owner information and the "appointment" was not cleared with them.
The final straw was that i was given false information by my "team leader" as to what the early termination fee was for a competitor, by choice or by error, and the customer signed an application for service based on the information i had provided him. When we found out the true cost he declined and they refused to refund him the application fee and continued to call him to get him to download their software. They also shipped him equipment that was never ordered and sent a bill to him that he would have to pay in the event he cancelled his contract, $800 for a $160 piece of equipment.
This operation is unashamed of their lack of morals in hiring and in selling their service and equipment. They charge many times what the same equipment can be purchased for elsewhere, and falsely promote themselves as a leader in the industry. I actively promoted their business and "reputation" for 2 months, but had serious misgivings about their operation after chasing "set, confirmed, appointments "when only a handful were able to remembering setting appointments for gathering information to decide whether or not to change processing companies. Beware of this company and stay away from them. I wish i had heeded what another person had said about this company. Sadly, it was all true.
