Rip-off pasta pot express

I ordered the pasta pot express from Tristar. I requested a red pot, but received "creme." When I tried to use it; the lids did not work.

This is the rip-off product I ordered from Tristar. The lid will not come off... Junk!

One does not fit properly and the other one won't open now that I have "locked it". I am attempting to return it to the address on the box with a request of a full refund.
