Rip-off refund promised but not received Roselle Park

On January 8 I ordered three pair of panties from this company.

I did not see the shipping charge until I had clicked "send". It was $10.90 (US) for three pair of panties worth $14.95 (US). That seemed excessive, especially as the whole thing would be translated into $Can at currentn exchange rates. I immediately wrote asking to cancel my order.

I received no reply, but on January 10, the charge — a total of $40.75 (Can) was taken from my Visa account. I figured that meant the panties would arrive. Three weeks later, I received an e-mail asking if I was still interested in cancellation. I replied immediately. Eventually I recieved another e-amil, making excuses and saying my refund would reach me in 72 hours. It has not arrived, and that was six days ago.

Strange how it took no time at all to takek the money out of my Visa account but they can't seem to do the reverse.
