Decided to but new furniture in May. A few months latter noticed that thr cushions were sinking in. Now this was $1800 worth of furniture I bought.
Technician came out in October and found out that the springs were defective. Also there was a piece of wood missing from underneath the leather sofa! Thought no big deal and they gave me a full store credit.

In Begining on November went back to Bob's in Natick, MA a 2nd time and got somrthing cheaper as did not want to spend that much money again. Saw a decent Section for $999 and was put on special order

They said would be 4-6 weeks and we once that came in they would swap with the 2 leather couches we had. About 1 week later received a call ststaing that it already had arrived... Was shocked yet happy (not for long)

Furniture was delivered on by 2 delivery men who barely spoke any english. The sectional finally got into the house and barley set it I then noticed that 3! Cushions were missing and I brought that to their attention and also that some of the fabric was sticking out. They were in such a rush and left and had to sign that the delivery was made.

I then got on the phone and advised them of the fabric and the missing 3 cushions. They told me that would have to wait 3-4 weels for delivery! Now keep in mind that one of the cushions was the support of one of the sectionals and one would not be able to sit there.

We never even got a chance to sit and enjoy the sofa due to us working 10 hour days and going right to bed when we got hom. On thanksgiving day when we had company over, One of the cushions we moved out a bit. The cushions are removeable and my roomate was psuhing one of them as it went out of place and then noticed a piece fabric stciking out.

He went to push it back in and was stuck by a metal object sticking out! Further moe one of the little girls ALSO hurt he finger and they noticed that there were some bugs. At that point our company left as this was an embarassing situation for all of us. After the company left we were inspecting the couch and could NOT believe what we saw next... STAPLES were sticking out from underneath the sofa's! What is most disturbing next is that we found hundreds of tiiny specs of what appears to be BED BUGS! No one to call as Bobs was closed!

We called Bobs and Rep that we spoke to said Jeff C said that they will not be able to refund and ONLY offer store credit after We told the Rep what occurred and that my roommate even cut his hand! Jeff C advised that they will not be able to come out Until Dec 4th (note that when we called was on 11/28) He did not seem to understand that this was unsafe and unsanitary couch. We insisted that someone comeout on Saturday! And hung up
We called back and spoke to Jennifer S who yelled at us for not being more attentive and finding it odd not to notice this... Not everyone works 7 hour days! We were appalled she asked this and demanded we speak to her manager and was then transferred over to Jackie and she said she was the manager there

Jackie was by far the most helpful as with the concern we told Jeff C & Jennifer S she said she would email corporate and advised them of the cut to my roommates hand and that thestaples were sticking out and issue with the bugs we have...

Around 2pm about 2 hours after we got off the phone with jackie we got a call from Judy Johnson who is in Corporate Consumer Relations. We discussed the matter in detail and the need to have this couch taken out of here. Again advised the earliest is Thursday that can be picked up.

We streesed that this couch is defective and unsanitary and then wanted us to take photos and send it to her. We advised at this point we want a 100% full refund and NO store credit. Judy advised us that we will recieve a 100% full refund and we asked for this in writing. Judy stated that she would reply back stating we would get a full refund once we sent her pictures

... This was never done and the only thing we got was an email from Judy

*Be sure to call judy and ask why they allow unsafe and unsanitory furniture to remain in a customers home when it ws clearly infected and defected at their own wharehouse 4 days prior!

Now we have the task of explaining to our friends and family that we have a unsanitory home and pay over $500 to have an exterminator come out and look at the couches!
