Scam, took my money and lied to me, In response, they will not return my call

I ordered this product, Hydroxatone about one month ago. I received it approximately one week later. Using this product for just a week I realized this product was not for me. I have ordered other such products, from different companies no problems. Contacted this company one week later to explain I was not satisfied, with a bit of a struggle from them they finally heard me out. I returned my product at UPS, Postal way, West Seneca, NY. 14224 to the address above two days later. Heard knothing even two weeks later. I looked at my checking account noticed they used my visa and charged me the full amount $69.00, they are claiming they did not receive this merchandise. My Bank called them and they answered after several rings indicating not received. That's strange I tried several times my self leaving messages to return my call. Knothing What a ripoff. I am so disgusted, especially being on a fixed income. Thank you for listening. This incident cannot happen to good people. P.P.
