Hi,
I was surprised to find the words "shady" and "servant to the almighty dollar" in someone else's complaint about this company because these were the exact words that I've used in describing my experience with Moxie.
Why would so many people take the time to complain about this company unless they really experienced unfair practices?
I move frequently as a result of military service, and have closed multiple accounts and contracts on multiple occasions due to these moves. Never have I had any trouble with the companies I've dealt with until I tried to cancel our contract with Moxie before my last move.
Also, they have since billed me unfairly, and when I spoke to the manager about my dispute of this bill, he more than doubled what he said I owed. Should a customer expect to pay for legitimately disputing a bill?
Does this sound like an ethical company?
Hopefully you find a company that is fair, and treats their customers accordingly.
