I thought that was such a great opporunity. I gave them a call and inquired about the ad. And they said they were doing interviews at 1 and 2 pm. So i decided ok imma go. Just to give it a chance. When i first got there. There were about 20 ppl waiting to be interviewed. They gave me a piece of paper asking for our names, social security numbers. Unforuntaly i gave my SSn. And then asking us about our likes and dislikes. I then met with a woman named Keisha. She seemed very energetic and well dressed... She said it would take too long to interview one at a time. So we did combined interviews... When i first went into the office. There was man answering phones. I did not know until now that was FLOYD. When i was interviewed by Keisha. She didnt really ask anything about job history, references, resumes, etc... She just told us if they were interested... We would have to call baxk at 3 oclock. I called back and i was given a second interview...
The next day i went to the second interview. When i walked in it seemed as if there were only about three rooms in the whole office... The room that they were keeping us in was more like a classroom setting. Keisha told us the reason for that is because its less time consuming and less money. She told us that we need be MOTIVATED and with smiles on our faces... She then said that we would have to yell out FLOYD name to see how MOTIVATED we were... We called out his name. And the same man i had seen before the day prior was the same man walking in the room as FLOYD... I thought we were to do individual interviews but i guess not. He then started talking about Larry Hahn and how Larry started the business in 1974 and how it started out of his car... He told us that he curses like a sailor and just about doesnt give a FU*K..
The whole time i was there. It seemed as if it was a motivational speaker... Talking about perfum how its made and how it would cost to be made. He then told us he used to be homeless and leaving out on the streets of Newark, NJ. He told us thus this year. He has netted 400,000 and how hes driving an 08' mercedes... The interview lasted for about 4 hours. Towards the end it told of all the benefits. He told us we wouldnt be going door by door and that eventually we would manage our own site. Floyd also told us that we would not being get paid for training but would be making money from incentives or BONUSES... And that we would have to have a reliable car..
At the end. He called out peoples name to leave the room and i was one of them... And those were the people who had gotten selected to start the training... He also spoke of the chemist Larency who came up with the formula for the perfum..
Floyd and Keisha are such huge scamartists... They prey on the guillable and desperate. If you ever come across Extreme Northeast LLC or Scentura Creations. Dont do it. ITS A SCAM!!!
Luckily i decided to look them up. And i didnt even start the training and i hope everyone reads this... Does the same thing...
