Fed ex sucks. They should change their name to FED UP! USE FED UP if you want:
1) a company that is TOTALLY unprofessional
2) a company that has NO interest in resolving customer complaints. Period.
3) a company who hires drivers who are totally inept and give your unlisted phone number to your trailer trash neighbors who are also criminals
4) a company who actually will refuse to deliver to your address after you help their stupid driver out by pulling his stupid a* out of your level driveway when he gets stuck on a small pile of gravel.
Then USE fed ex (fed up).
First their stupid driver decides to deliver a package to our criminal neighbors. Our neighbors are well known thieves around here, among other offenses. So what does the guy do? He goes over there, gives them OUR UNLISTED PHONE NUMBER AND OUR PACKAGE.
Instead of using a brain cell and CALLING OUR PHONE NUMBER, he just gives the package to our felon neighbors. So then we get phone calls FROM our neighbors to make sure the phone number is us. So now they know our number and can call us if we aren't home.
Then we explain to this moron that our neighbors are criminals, but he doesn't seem to mind, as he likes to honk and wave to them as he drives by them. Apparently us telling him that the one guy is a PEDOPHILE only makes him like our neighbors even more.
So, later on again, we order another package, unfortunately sent by Fed Ex. What does the jerk do? Gives them the package again!!! wtf? What happened, you may ask. Well Mr. Pedophile neighbor had been driving past our house all day. When my husband goes inside (and I'm outside the house), Mr Pedophile asks (he already knows) if my husband's name is %. I ask why? He says, "Oh the fed ex guy gave me a package for him". And gives it to me. My husband comes out of the house, and Mr Pedophile takes off. So he was basically waiting for him to go inside so he could chat with me.
So, my husband calls fed up to complain. Wouldn't you? He gets some nasty woman who DEFENDS the driver, then says how you shouldn't judge others, blah blah blah and HANGS UP ON HIM. Yeah, don't judge people who broke into your house, and who you actually saw stealing from another neighbor and who's a pedophile. Um, okay.
Then he calls again, and talks to someone up in Bridgeville. Result? NOTHING! They didn't get back to him, and Oh yeah, they did BLACKLIST US so that they won't ship to our house.
So as a synopsis, don't use fed ex, they will cause you nothing but TROUBLE. And if their driver gets stuck in your driveway, don't help him out by pulling his stupid a) out of the driveway, thereby saving him a long walk to a payphone to call a tow truck. If you do he will just stab you in the back and be chummy with your criminal neighbors anyway.
