After informing me that I was being entered in a drawing for "a magnificent 10K$ prize", I was asked to subscribe for a blanket magazine order.
After glossing over the details and making it sound like a pretty good deal, I was convinced to sign up, after having also been told that as part of this deal I would receive a diamond watch.
A month later, I got the information that said the deal could be canceled within ten days of the first telephone call. The only other option available to me was a "buyout" option, half now and half later for a little less money. "You still get your magazines", they told me.
Now its been about 5 months, I have yet to receive a magazine, but they definitely are receiving my money. I dont even want the magazine, I want my money back. Starving college student!
