Portfolio has been calling me for over 7 years. They have employees call me, harass me... Demanding that I confess that either I am the debter or I know her.
They leave recordings at least once a week. For seven years! When I tell them I don't know this person and I am not her, they promise to remove my name from the list.
Each week, each month, each year, they call and harass me on my cellphone. I have written them explaining I am not the debtor. I have called them over 100 times tellilng them I am not Linda Smith, don't know the debtor, don't want to be the debtor.
So this means that I get calls from them when I'm at work, on vacation, in the hospital, at church, or out for dinner. Sometimes after 8:00 in the evening. I think they should all be sent to jail for harassing the public.
I tell them my name, explain that I have excellent credit and do not owe anyone. I am 57 years old and I approve this message!
