In sept i applied for a cash/payday loan & was not approved 2-3 days later a debit from my checking account in the amount of 49.95 for something i had no idea in oct another charge was debited for 39.95 with caused me to have 35.00 nsf i contacted my bank & they told me who had did this i phoned them & received recordings stating that a csr will answer your call in 2 min you are caller # 6 etc never & then another message would say we are sorry for the unconvience all csr are busy please try your call again later i finally spoke to csr & cancelled all transactions & was told a refund would be processed in 30-45 days so the requested it on 10/24 & still havent received a refund
