On november 29 I called capital management services to settle a direct merchants credit card debt, they offered a settlement of $3600, I told the female representative I could only come up with $3200, after much haggling and pleading she told me to hold on while she told her supervisors my offer limit, she came back on the phone and said they would take it, I paid the $3200, two years later I began receiving debt collection notices saying I owed the full balance, after numerous calls I was told the $3200 was taken as partial payment, they are currently sueing me through apothaker & associates pc 520 fellowship road mount laurel nj 08054, they have refused to give me the name of the representative who handled my call as well as any recording they may have of the settlement
