Two representatives offered a settlement on my account. When I called back to accept the settlement and make payment, the "supervisor" sees no history of the offers (even though the representative I spoke to prior to her did) and claims the only settlement is for more than what is even the balance on the account! When asked for corporate information, she claims there is none. When asked if calls are recorded (so the initial two calls can be pulled), she says yes, except for supervisors. How can two different people give an offer which has now all of a sudden disappear???
