I paid off a settlement amount on a debt with Capital Management Services, LP for over $3,500. Payment was to come out of the bank on April 3rd and they withdrew the funds on April 1st, causing overdrafts on our account. They were suppose to send us a refund, but we still have not received anything from them. I have tried to contact the Director, Jessica Imhof, almost everyday, but when I call the company and ask to be transferred to her extension, I get her voicemail. She will not return any of my phone calls. I have asked to speak to someone else on the matter, and I keep getting told that she is the only one that can help me. I have also filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau on this matter. I am tired of the run-around, and I will get my money.
