Sent wrong Item When i called to fix The man yelled and was rude

I ordered a Ed Hardy shirt from Womens Designer Clothes

I got the wrong shirt if was also a FAKE Ed hardy.
I paid for priorty Shipping It was sent first class mail in a dirty used box. It was over 10 days for shipping.

When i called to fix the man on the phone yelled and was very rude. Said what do you want me to do about it? I do not take returns and if i do you do not get the shipping back...
