I ordered a dog the bounty hunter t shirt. They charged me $28.65 for one shirt. It was $20.00 for the shirt and $8.65 for shipping which the don't tell you how much shipping is until you already order it. They claim it is 5-7 business days for shipping so I waited 10 business days before I call and told them I never got my shirt the emailed me the shipping information which showed it was delievered a couple days after I ordered it. I wrote them a letter stating that the email stated it was delievered but I never got it. At that time I contacted the post office they didn't remember said package. So I waited another week. I sent them another email stating I didn't get my shirt yet and if they don't send me my order or refund my money I was going to report them to the BBB and dispute the charges with my bank. I gave them 4 business days to reply to my email. They didn't respond. Two weeks after I call my bank to dispute the charges someone from the online store calls me and tells me she is going to reship my order via UPS and I would have to sign for it. It's been a week since she has call no shirt or money. My bank stated I wouldn't be getting a refund because they spoke to the online store and they told they them "we shipped her 2 Shirts for the price of one. And we don't belive she is not getting her shirts." So her I am a month and half later no shirt no money. I guess I'll never order stuff from them again.
