I wish i could get some answers from the foc of macomb county. I was being double charged for day care for about 2 and a half years and i got behind on support because of this. Ive been trying to get answers from the court but they give me no answers. I spent 30 days in jail because of it.
I cant afford a lawyer and the courts know that and thats why they wont give me any answers. They know they screwed up because they dropped about 10000 dollars from my rearage, but that doesnt give me back the days i spent in jail or the days my daughters couldnt see their daddy. My girls mom knew what was going on also but didnt do a damn thing to help me. Its real sick that thats all that matters is the money.
