This company charged $12.95 on my phone bill for voice mail. I don't have any voicemail, so this is a total scam. I have an answering machine. I have never accepted anything like this, and this company is falsely charging hundreds of people. I called the phone number Verizon provided me with and nobody answers. I am hoping an attorney will see this and we can file a class action law suit. After reading several complaints, there is definatley a scam happening and this company should be prosicuted to the fullest. ESBI is taking money from thousand of innocent victims. They must be stopped.
