We bought two costumes from BrandsOnSale.com within 2 weeks. Both packages arrived with the wrong sized costumes. We called and asked them to resend the correct size. They said they would not do it without charging a "re-stocking fee" and we had to pay for shipping, as well; all as a result of their mistake.
After being on hold for over 30 minutes the customer service woman yelled at my wife, saying that she should have read the credit card charge agreement before submitting payment, then she hung up on my wife. Unbelievable thieves and shysters! Do NOT do business with these people! I am surprised EBay and Amazon would allow themselves to be associated with this company! Truly the worst experience anyone could imagine.
