We too have been scammed by this company.
Original quote from Denver to Houston was $3600. It said right in the e mail that "your move price is guarenteed not to exceed more than 10% of the total estimte based on the confirmed list of items. We were also guarenteed a 3 day window date for delivery of our goods. Goods should have arrived on 09/27 /- 3 days. Our stuff did not arrive until 10/15 at 5:00PM. The total price of the move inflated to $8200, and they refused to leave our belongings until they had the remaining $3600 in hand! It just so happens that the contract they pulled out did not guarentee anything that their e mail quote stated. They also hand wrote information in the contract after we signed it. They added that were responsible for 0.89 cents/pound over the original quote.

Here's how they work.
Two movers took 14 hours to load our already packed items furniture. 3 movers were promised.
They managed to take a tote containing my passport/jewelry/MP3 player that was set aside for me to take with me in my vehicle. They managed to put this in their truck at the last minute, and we didn't notice until the morning. The company was contacted in the morning, but refused to terminate the departure as it was already gone.

They promise you that your goods leave from your pick up destination ad go to the delivery destination, no stops, no reloading. Somehow, the truck that delivered our goods was not the same as the one that picked them up, and our items were reloaded in California. Because the items are unloaded and roloaded, and everyone touches your belongings, you cannot hold the company liable for any theft that occurs.

We requested our items be reweighed upon delivery. Yes, they can do this to a tune of $95.00/hour the charge of the weigh station, and it will be a 4 hour job. When they arrive at 5:00 PM in Houston rush hour, what else are you supposed to do?

The contract stated they would disassemble/reassemble furniture, and they did not do this upon delivery.
Our furniture was so badly damaged that we cannot assemble most of it.

They lost our son's bedroom set, and we gained a box spring that never did belong to us! Our crystal glassware is now a box of glass pieces. 2 glasses out of 24 survived. If they did not pack the items, they blame you for anything that breaks because you packed it poorly.

Don't be fooled that wrapping materials are included. They include blankets, but charge you for any other packaging materials. TV packaging is extra, and not included in the packing clause. The movers scratch your walls, floors, and do not clean up their mess. They even asked us to go get their lunch/dinner since they cannot move the truck.

This company will stall your delivery until your credit card processes the deposit first payment... This way you cannot stop payment on them. Then, they refuse to deliver your goods until you give them cash upfront.
We've called back as new customers, and asked the questions that they lied to us about, and they lie again! We've taped every conversation with them, and if you inform them they are being recorded, they refer you to "Eddie" who refuses to put anything on tape.
Do not use them!
