Preying on sellers & buyers they are scam artist misrepresentation, & fraud

I went to one of their auctions & checked out the property & called the town as they stated in the description, but they failed to mention wht they really knew which is illegal. This property has an easement on it & only thru title insurance was it found. These people knowingly scam people they buy property for nothing & then sell it at auction knowing that it is worthless, from what i understand they go by or have gone by a bunch of names

Scam artist i am not the only one who has filed with the ripp off report, now i here they are in bankruptcy & i may not even get a deed for this worthless properties, i am now giving them an oppurtunity to purchase all of these properties back from me before i proceed with criminal charges in ny, fl, & va where i purchased properties from.

Since the last live auction they no longer are doing them live anymore, i wonder why???
