Merchandised was ordered from froggifts.com. Only received 2 of the 6 items ordered and the 2 items received were wrong. No one answers the phone at the site. You are encouraged to email and they never respond. The Florida BBB was involved and froggifts lied to them and told the BBB they would refund my money. The money was never refunded and the BBB listed the account as unresolved.
This website needs to be closed down. Why are companies allowed to take your money and screw the public. Even agencies like BBB can't stop them. It is presently being handled by my debit card company.
