We signed up for a few trials by this CentalCoastNutra. We were under the impression, as the TRIAL states, that if you are not satisfied, you can call and cancel. That is the first problem with this scam company. Good luck getting through on the phone - you may if you press 0 a bunch of times. Recieved an email from someone for my RMA numbers so I could send the products back to avoid being charged. Well, you guessed it, I was charged anyway.
Finally managed to get through, after pressing 0 a hundred times, and the call was answered! They claimed, even though I have delivery confirmation proof, they don't have my package. Now they are not only calling me a liar, but the post office as well.
I asked for a supervisor, and Brett - rudest person I have ever dealt with, would not allow me to speak to one. I wonder why? Perhaps he has a good gig going be downright rude and nasty to people, and doesn't want that fun to end.
He called me names, basically hung up on me, and told me to stay off the internet!!! What is that about. Was it a threat or something, I don't know.
All I can suggest, is anyone even thinking about trying a product from these scammers, think twice. If you have a sensitive stomach or something, beware, they will put you through the ringer for TRYING a TRIAL.
