I had a criminal record from a few years ago. I was getting a new job and they ask for that information. I used integra scan to obtain that information. 0 results, but i was not mad, I complyed with the rules, so I was looking forward to getting my money back.
I emailed them several times. After 3 weeks, I finally get a response. A very rude response. Very Very unprofessional! The person who emailed me had a 9th grade education at best. They were very short and rude with me. Never did they have a valid reason for not giving me a refund.
I say we do a class action lawsuit. I will dig and dig until i cant dig anymore. I will find out everything i can about this company and see to it that they are within the laws. And making promises to refund people who play by the rules.
I think these people dont have all the satisfied customers they say they have..
Anyway... What ever they can do... You may can get free off of state, federal, or city websites. Do an offender search in your state.
