My fiance recently purchased a wedding dress from Nexteve.com. We were excited to see that we could have a customer taylored dress made for her. We had the measurements taken professionally, inputted them into the order form and paid for the dress. The dress took approximately 3 weeks to arrive from China. The dress and crinoline came in a very small plastic packaged that was completely scrunched but that was the least of my problems. When we took out the dress there was blue taylor's chalk all over it, which meant we had to have it cleaned. Second, the sholder straps were about 3 inches too long and the straps fell down over the shoulders. Lastly and most importantly, this was supposed to be a full length dress, well half of the dress was floor length and the other half was about 4 inches too short. The over all dress looked nothing like what the pictures looked like online, it felt like doll cloth material, very thin and very cheap!!!
We contacted Nexteve immediately or should I say tried to contact them directly. We spent a couple of days trying to get someone to answer the phone or respond to an email. We finally heard back from them and they said to take some pictures and send them the pictures. We did this and waited another 4 days for them to respond to us. At that point they told us that they don't issue refunds. They then asked us to send us the dress back to them, however, they refused to pay for shipping and we had to do this at our own expense. We sent the dress back and they stated that yes, as the hem was so short, they could not repair it and then said they would place another order with their Chinese warehouse.
Don't buy from this seller, they provide horrible clothing for cheap to sucker people in. Heaven forbid anything is wrong with the dress as you won't ever see you money again.
