I have a 10 yr old misdemeanor conviction that I would like removed from my record, so I contacted Records Removal Services in May and sent in my $300. A couple of weeks later I received a package in the mail that contained several documents that I completed and returned. I went to the State Police and was finger printed and sent all of the papers back within a week.
It's now been about 4 months later and my repeated attempts to get an update to my case go unanswered, with one exception. This exception is about a document that I had sent in several times. I emailed it as an attachment and I got a response that says they will be in touch if they need anything further.
I have called and emailed several times asking for a status and these go unanswered. To my knowledge, they have done nothing to satisfy their obligation and I have requested a refund due to the poor service.
