This company LIED AND WAS DISHONEST. Deliberately and fraudulently misrepresented our contract knowing my security system (s) wouldn't be installed before i signed a contract with them. APXALARM failed to insall my security system (s) APXALARM security solutions dishonestly, willfully and deliberately engaged me into a contract knowing full well that my system (s) wouldn't be installed as per the contract. Sales representative stated special offer and stated FREE 12pt security system for advertising for their company. Sales rep stated payments wouldn't change for 3yrs and statedsame day install on all system (s).

As the installer stated he was finished with the installation. I asked why he hadn't installed my wireless smoke detector? I explained to him the whole reason for me getting this product in the first place was to protect my family and home from fire and to lower my home insurance bills. The install tech, sales rep and APXALARM company I find out after I sign the contract that they were all dishonest, deceitful and lied to me and that they knew ahead of time that they weren't licensed or trained and lawfully couldn't install smoke detectors and they knowingly and willfully engaged me into a deceitful and fraudulent contract. They lied and stated to me that they were out of stock of smoke detectors and would return the next day to install my smoke detector. No-one showed the next day or the day after, or the day after that. I attempted to contact the sales rep and left many messages but he never returned my phone calls. I contacted customer service and explained that my detector hadn't been installed as promised per our contract, customer service rep stated the reason was, "the installer wasn't licensed to install smoke detectors"and that our company should have someone trained and licensed soon and would come right out to my house and install it.

Two more weeks go by, no install.in the mean time I received my billing statement which showed that my monthly payments had gone up significantly. I received a phone call from customer service informing me that I was late on my payment. I flat out told them they deliberately deceived me and lied to me, I signed a contract with them and that this company was fully aware and knew their installer wasn't licensed to install my smoke detector before I signed that contract and that it was fraudulent on their part and stated I will start my first payment when they install my detector. Customer service rep replied to me it wasn't possible, that I owe them and it must be paid and that I signed a contract. I reminded them they also signed this contract and it states in small print "We will install the security system (s) (each a system)" to which your company has failed to do and has failed to provide the services as promised per our contract. I also stated to them, they lied, deceived me and willfully engaged me into a fraudulent contract. I received many aggressive and heated phone calls demanding payment.

I flat out told them they lied, deceived me and still haven't installed my detector as promised and to come and get their system, because I couldn't trust them any longer and that their customer service was the worst I have ever had to deal with in my entire adult live. The customer service representative asked when he could send someone out to install my detector. I told him, forget it, I don't believe you, come and get your system, I don't won't your service any longer. I received more phone calls with the same fruitless results and lies.

Towards the 90 day mark the phone calls became even more aggressive, frequent and demanding. One phone call in particular that my son answered while I was away;the customer service rep yelled at my son stating that if I didn't return his phone call within one hour"we will sue himAnother phone call I received was from a very aggressive person; he lied about what was in the contract and threatened me in every possible way if I didn't make payment.

After 90 days it went to collection and I received letters from APXALARM's hired collection agency and I worked with them in paying this off because APXALARM put this on my credit report. Ruining my excellent credit. I recently demanded for APXALARM to install the entire system (s) I paid for. Rick from customer service states to me that since we don't have a contract that they will not install my smoke detector or send it to me in the mail and rudely hangs up on me. I'm very determined for this company to give me a full refund and repair my credit. I don't trust this company, their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered! Thanks for the opportunity to voice my complaint and thanks for listening.
