The salesman from the beginning tell you to make sure they dont try to rip you off and not give you your rebait. He told us upfront that they will try to say its duplicate and not refund your money.
He was right!!!
It has been since june and i am still trying to get my rebate for my 3 phones.
They have called me a million times, transferred the calls, put me and kept me on hold and transferred me up to 3 hours a day. Im not dealing with them anymore. Im taking them to small claims
They also tell you the bill will only be so much then they add on charges.
