RXPop, RXIlium They depend on the small print and ambiguous conditions to entrap their customers

Like many before me and I'm sure many after, I was unable to get a refund based on unclear and ambiguous agreement conditions. I feel very taken advantage of.

Since I can't reach William (Shawn) Hill, allegedly of Longview, TX, I can't plead my case.

If anyone knows how to reach him, or, in fact, anyone at the company who actually talks, I'd be grateful to know it.
