Just like the previous report from 7. I placed an order and spoke with someone the day that they took my money. I was told i would receive my order in 4 days. I waited until the 5th day to call and ask for tracking and someone else told me that no we dont have your item in stock it is in mexcio and will tke a few days. To make a long story short that the 4 days turned into 4 weeks with no merchandise.
I have called, left several messages, sent hundreds of emails and still no one is getting back to me about the items or a refund. I am no longer driving myself crazy, i am letting the investigation team at the bank handle this.
They dont get back to you when you call and they are dishonest. They make designer knock offs in my opinion and this hassle isnt worth saving $5 here or there go directly to the top name companies and get your orders as promised. I really dont know how they are in business and i dont suspect they will be long, more people will be treated the same and eventually not buy from them.
I say this buyer beware... They sell the knock off designs from dreamgirl, leg avenue and shirley of hollywood. Do yourself a favor and order directly from them and not be taken in by the savings because in the end it isnt worth it.
