I was looking for scissors (Finny) not available in SA. Found it on the website FabricsToDyeFor.com I paid for the order on the 30 March. To this day I am still to receive them. I phoned in July, and spoke to the lady. She said that they had to move and that it (the order) must have slipped the system. Is it not on record if something was ordered and paid for via the net?
She said that my order will soon be posted, and that I will get a confirmation e mail to verify it.
I have still not heard anything from her. I sent an e mail on 21 September, and again today. No reply. I have phoned before and left messages, which costs me an international call every time. NO RESPONSE.
I feel sorry for any one that orders from that store.
