Well it looks like I'm joining the group of people that fell into the WWS trap. This company is horrible. STAY AWAY! I've been trying for a week to get a refund but they never answer the phone. I always get a busy signal, an answering machine, or someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. Last night I finally got through to a person and he refused to refund the money. So today, I wrote a letter of complaint listing all the things they did not provide that were promised and I threated action if they did not comply. I then sent that along with all the paper work to my credit card agency and they're helping to file a dispute.in addition to this I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I'll take it further if I need to.
