My Father purchased a Tracfone in June First unit was defective and after numerous telephone conversations with Tekkies, they replaced the phone which they said was defective
2nd phone they sent, charger was defective
My Father then purchased another phone which we have
been trying unsuccessfully for the past 45 days to have the minutes transferred to the new unit
At least 6 conversations with Techs to no avail
Minutes have not been updated to new phone
Tracfone is a ripoff and their techs have a hard time with English
