A lawsuit has been filed in the Nevada District Court against Mars Venus Coaching and Rich Bernstein the president of the company. After charging and collecting thousands of dollars for consulting fees from the victim, Rich Bernstein along with Mars Venus Coaching attempted to steal the victims share of the company she spent years building.
The CASE 08-A-56864 Joan Haakonstad vs Rich Bernstein, Mars Venus Coaching North America, Mars Venus Coaching International is a disgrace to the business coaching industry which was created to help companies thrive not steal, mislead and profit from business owners.
Rich Bernstein has been to Federal Prison, been in court multiple times and has several liens against him and cases pending.
After firing Rich Bernstein his former employer ActionCoach also had to file a lawsuit based on Bernstein's unethical behavior. These lawsuits and other complaints filed against Mars Venus Coaching are a clear indication that Mars Venus Coaching and it's President Rich Bernstein are not in business to help anyone but to RIP YOU OFF.
