I made pymt arrangements with the company to settle a $317.57. With 2 payments of $87.88 i made both payments before the due date. When i made my last payment the rep should have closed the acct however he did not (aaron muse) and so 5 days after the last payment was made. I was checking my acct. And noticed that my acct. Had been debted for and additional $87.88, which i then contacted the company. And was put on hold for about 10 min before i was told there was nothing they could do. And when i asked to speak to a supervisor i was hung up on. They were very rude when i did get on the phone with a supervisor. My issue was never resolved and they basically did not care.
