Today I have a man named Steve Roberts, from this company, come to my home to look at my wahers. When he came into the door he was DRUNK and smelled very strong on alcohol. Steve admitted to me he has been drinking alot last night and was had not changed his clothes. He said he was out drinking with his boss Rick Madden all night. He was holding himself up on the washer! So I called his boss and he said he would come up and pick him up so he did not have to drive so I left down the hill. 5 minutes later I see STEVE driving behind me! I guess Rick Madden doesnt care if his driver kills someone driving drunk. Dont use this company, i also put he was drinking on the receipt! Shame on them!
