Not compensated for their bounced check, my fine

I worked for three hours on the evening of July 3 as a contractor for Cheltenham Center for the Arts. They paid me with a check that bounced. I demanded a replacement check along with the $10 that my bank fined ME for their irresponsibility. Joan Phillips said she would remit me the $10 once she received a document from my bank stating that they had fined me the $10. I sent her that documentation, on the bank's letterhead, on August 7. Today is August 15, and I still have not received the $10.
