I used Gayle once before and although she did not arrive the day she said and it took many calls on my behalf to communicate, she was friendly and her rig was nice. She sub-contracted my return trip without telling me, but my horse made it OK.
The second time I used her, she again was not on time and I had to do all the communicating. She again sub contracted for the return trip without telling me, even though she told me she would transport her.
It was ergent that I return home and I could not leave before my horse was picked up. I communicated this to Gayle and she said the sub contractor would call. He never did and he never showed. I called Gayle multiple times and she said she would get back to me. She never did to spite my many calls
.
I finally contracted with another company and will not use Gayle anymore. She has no respect for my planning, time, obligations or well being. She is unreliable, uncommunicative and disrespectfull. If you need someone like that to haul your horse call her... Otherwise use a reputable hauler.
