Dhl is the worst — the absolute worst in the shpping business. They have killed up to 15% of our shipments in one week. Typically, dhl has killed on average 6% of packages shipped in any given week.
After multiple messages to their president's office, they offer empty promises and empty apologies — and they are doing nothing to improve their processes. After numerous complaints, they just end up blocking email complaints.
